I was at work for whole day and I had one engagement party at night so I thought I will do my makeup from paanna hair and nails , trust me they just ruined my party , the makeup was like ghost and the product was so cheap it’s looks like they brought form some local brand from Bangladesh also they charge me $100 for that shitty makeup , I will never go to that place again
One of the worst experiences we’ve ever had with this place. We booked their services for sari draping, paid the deposit, and confirmed the time in advance. On the day of the event, they never showed up at the agreed time, and the services were not completed at all. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Completely unprofessional. Do NOT trust this place.
I went to this place to get my eyebrows done. When I told the tech how I wanted my eyebrows more of a square shape and slightly thick, what I got was super thin and round eyebrows that are the opposite of what I asked for. I am extremely unsatisfied after pointing out the difference and my dismay for the result, and all the tech did was convince me they look the same and I pay for then the same price. You should not go here unless you want your eyebrows ruined and looking different.
I did bridal makeup and hair here and I’m not happy with my hair bun. I went with pictures of the simple bun I wanted and provided my own makeup! 300$ was a total rip off. The lady in charge said my bun idea won’t look good so I trusted her to do her own thing. She was hurrying and didn’t do a good job. I told her I didn’t like it but she “fixed” it she said. I regret not pushing them to do more for my hair. They also love to put too much glitter on the eye. I don’t like that she used white plastic bobby pins in my hair and cheap lashes too lol the lashes were such a pain to take out bc the woman who did my makeup used a lot of strong glue. They were uncomfortable the whole night. I had to work really hard to blink and at one point the lash glue was so much and hard it bit down on my lash line. I regret not going somewhere else and not pressing them on fixing up my hair. (Update after wedding photos: yes white plastic bobby pins were sticking out in every picture that caught my side profile).
The owner Panna is very rude to costumer, also she is not professional. She don’t know how to work even, she applies to the costumer bad things, my sister did the permanent hair curl on her store and It didn’t work and she didn’t fixed for her, and my friend work on her store whole day and she didn’t pay her any money, and she owe money to my friends when we asked about the money she started arguing with us,she is a very rabish women ever.
